Monday through Thursday | 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. (local time)
LSNF offices will be closed on the following holidays, if they fall on a normal business day: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Rosh Hashanah, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Online Intake is available for those wishing to apply for LSNF services. Each applicant must submit a fully completed application for LSNF to determine eligibility for services.
Once you complete the online application, please read the screen carefully. If LSNF cannot handle your case, you will be referred to another resource or some applicants may be advised to call LSNF.
