The children served are facing placement into foster homes and residential treatment centers but are instead provided legal, social and mental health services that allow them to remain with their parents in an environment that affords them stability and love. Many other benefits have resulted from this effort – success in school for kids who were failing or had dropped out, a dramatic decrease in the recidivism rate for juvenile offenders, enhanced family relationships, and renewed hope for happy, productive futures.
